Kitty looks as though she feels utterly safe when she is curled up in her bed. I supposed if I'd caught her asleep she'd be proving how safe she felt... but this was more interesting. (She's even more interesting enlarged.)
I love how her big cat eye stands out in this picture. Cats are quite amazing...they can go from seeming so obliviously comfortable and safe to being majorly spooked...all in a nanosecond! This kitty seems very comfy. I love the texture you've created...very grainy. I also enjoyed reading about cleaning out your son's room. I had a hard time with that project myself several years ago when my son moved out. It's such a trip back in time packing things up.
