Today DH and I went looking for wet weather boots. I kinda wish these weren't made in China, but... they were pretty much exactly what I was looking for: waterproof, not too tall, lined and not in the Blahnik price range.
Yesterday, the daughter's dog and I watched over her while she recuperated from her surgery. He stayed close and whined a lot of the time. Don't know if he was hungry or having sympathetic pains. He's pure muscle and a sweetie pie who loves playing tug o'lobster and fetch.
