I went to a third dermatologist in this city last week. Finally somebody gave me diagnostic codes and names, listened, took me seriously AND told me it isn't really anything to worry about. (The others said this "wasn't anything" and not to worry. Hmph. It IS something, which is plain to see. And telling me it didn't have a name and that there wasn't anything they knew to do about it didn't make it any easier not to worry.
So, in spite of coming home with about 6 actual diagnoses, two prescriptions and a week's worth of samples, my skin feels better, my nerves are calmer, AND the spots are going away.
Thank you Dr. Selkin.
