With all of the hatred, polarization and incivility in public life (and probably in private as well), I wonder what we are thinking it means when we "pledge allegiance". Apparently the "liberty and justice for ALL" part is easily and willingly eroded.
So sad.

I sometimes wish that blog comments had a little "like" button similar to facebook. Or perhaps a little pair of clapping hands. So often I read what you post and have nothing profound to add except that what you said was good and resonated with me. Today was one of those days. Good job.
