Progress and Certainly not Perfection!



I am very much enjoying the life drawing classes with Bonny Liebowitz of BonnyArt Studio. Yesterday I purchased one Schminke pastel stick and 2 Sennelliers. Last night I used those and what I still think are rather garishly hued Prismacolor NuPastel sticks.


Two things are immediately apparent to me:

1. I prefer the softer materials to conte.
2. If you can't get the line in the "right" place, if it is a wild color, people are nevertheless excited and distracted.
