Who knew the differences the "image mode" would make?
Obviously I will have to go to my photoshop INDEX and see what the differences are between "RGB" and "CYMB." I did know enough to switch from photoshop edit format to jpeg or bmp... but I didn't know that even THOSE could sabotage me if they were the wrong choice....

So. Here, with more ado than they deserve are the pen and watercolor or marker drawings I did Wednesday night. I LOVE seeing them... Not that I think they are great art. I just love watching the paint "work" and having things be recognizeable. I wasn't this happy when I got a "jointed" doll with combable hair back in the old days!!

The upstairs chair and sofa with pillows. This is Uniball with markers... I "made" the brown with green and orange markers and the black with aqua, orange and purple, if I remember. Then I wet them with a brush and made them look a bit more like watercolors.

Cherries. I had gotten to have some cherries at dinner tuesday... didn't have any at home... so thewe were "from memory" and a hazy one at that... I'm glad they have highlights though... These are a from a teeny 10 color Cotman traveling set. I do see that using "too big" a brush makes for better results.

Pears. Can you tell I didn't have a model for these either?!! Anjou and Bosc, I suppose they would have been... although they also look a bit like sick Smurfs.
