Garage Sale attendeed blamed but unknown

This is the second time our mail box has been knocked off its rocker. Our neighbors say they've been hit three times. (The third time they FILLED THE ENTIRE ENCLOSURE with cement.) So if you're going to back up without looking, you might be surprised.
Of course the driver just sped off (according to the neighbor).
