Not the Green Monster: near Boston

My daughter has her own cozy house near Boston. It is partially a work in progress, but has beautiful bits. Hardwood floors, NEW appliances (!), a kitchen to become Martha Stewart in, and the most amazing color pallette I've ever seen.
