Illustration Friday - Memories

Sometimes memories, nostalgia and sentimentality are indistinguishable. While I don't always think this is a good thing, I always feel a lift thinking about my children's free and expressive moments. Above is one of those: my daughter in her Easter finery and her dad's motorcycle boots.

Below is another: my usually somewhat reserved son spreading his personal sunshine with enthusiasm.
