Spent this afternoon finishing this wonderful piece of work. Part magical realism, part Gothic, part history (Salem, MA), it was tangled, twisted and patterned just the way one imagines the threads of hand made lace could be.She'll be on tour all summer and into November. If you click on the cover you can find the schedule, some audio of her reading, and links to interviews on NPR.
