Honey, I bought more yarn. Again

I realized that it is getting to be "that" time of year again. The time of DEADLINE knitting. Eeek.
Several local friends and lots of on-line folks are chugging away. Some so rapidly that you'd think even their plastic needles might catch fire. So I've allowed myself to catch the fever.

With the help of Mason Dixon knitters, and an old Weekend Cotton pattern, I think I'll be set for the next couple of weeks. Combining colors, fiddling with roving (perhaps while Rome or my business burns), and urging my Kenmore to Agitate! Agitate! Agitate!

Can't say any more just now.

And to any faithful readers who may be stopping by, I apologize for my fickle lack of posting (or reading and commenting) recently. I believe I am emerging from yet another spell of depression. My days had seemed lackluster at best. Somehow, I started getting some exercise, though, and I believe that shook loose a few endorphins here and there. Hence, though sore, stiff and creaking, I've actually cleaned out a closet or two, done some (overdue) chores around the house, and begun taking action on aforementioned embers of my business.

The entries may be short for a while, but I'll try to keep them more regular. (Especially if Blogger cooperates.)

Man, this is my first holiday season of deadline and mystery knitting. It's intoxicating.

Sorry you've been feeling shitey. Hope the new yarn will help make your days brighter.

Glad you're back...and glad I'm (mostly) back as well. Knit on!
