From my sketchbookDH and I went talking and browsing at an upscale mall in town yesterday. There wasn't much of interest to us, so we snagged some Mocha's at Starbuck's and I got to sketch folks while they were standing in line. Great practice. these don't have much "style," but I'm getting better at capturing likenesses quicker. I'm glad for the moral support of Danny Gregory, who, like Nike, says "just do it."
Illustration Friday's next topic is "Farm." EDS has some longhorns on its property. And some folks down the road a piece have some horses, cattle and alpacas (!)-- but no place to sit and sketch. So the Farm will probably be EDS or maybe the "feed trough" back at the mall.
