The Artist's WayI am SO behind.
I was apparently waiting for an engraved (or at least personalized) invitation. And NOW I find out everyone else has been at this since the 7th. It is the 11th. (well, actually the 12th because it is 2 am!) And I haven't done morning pages, haven't re-read any of JC's (that's Julia Cameron to me!!) encouraging words, and have only read a couple of entries from Kat.
I refuse to give into that horrible overwhelm that is bubbling within. It is a feeling that I often get when I start something big. I know I've let myself get behind. there are other concerns (work for one... which is another big P.R.O.J.E.C.T.*) When I feel this way, I am definitely dog-paddling in a big puddle of fear.
I am on board. I will write am pages (and take a walk) in the morning. Tomorrow will be an adventure, come Hell or High water!
I am going to take a bit of time to see what other people are posting, and I want to participate from a participant's vantage point.
*My other big project is a 12 month business-building plan.
So one is a known emotional journey, the other is an unknown emotional journey. Ups and downs to come soon.

Hi painter woman,
I just found out about this group today, went and bought the book, and am soooo excited to start.
So we are both a little behind, but we'll catch up. I am happy to see that you are in this group!
