Helping Thelma

I succumbed to a Britta Filter pitcher today. I like it a lot, actually, even though mine doesn't look like a face!
It's all part of trying to lend support to Thelma by managing my "free radicals" and anti-oxidants....I can't tell if the water tastes better, or whether it is just nice to have cool water without ice in it. Tap water is never all that cold here... unless it is freezing outside. Which is rare.

I took a 40 minute walk. That's going to have to count as my exercise. I can feel my bones and muscles aching in some re-discovered places. My friend said I should "pant for 30 minutes each day." I didn't really pant, but I couldn't whistle or hum, either, so I think that's breathless enough to begin with. I did sweat for at least 30 minutes afterwards. I hope that's enough.

And I ate according to plan.
I would like another 5 pounds to get lost.

I sure hope I don't have to have chemo.

In case the face didn't jump out at you...

40 minute walk is already long but as days goes by you will find that you are walking much longer. as for me, i walk inside the village where i can see a lot of houses and gardens. have a nice day!

Whoa! You've got a lot going on - make sure you're resting enough, okay? And what do you mean by a face in the Britta?

Okay, this is the first of many comments, I'm sure. I'm just catching up over here from a looong hiatus.

I got your emails of support and I truly appreciate them. I'm also anxious to hear the lastest news on your health! Off I got to read on.
