- Eat better to loose weight.
- Exercise (to loose weight).
- Drink more water (to loose weight)
- Save and earn more money (to alleviate worries and retire sooner).
- Knit a lot.
- Write friends more.
- Be deliberate about creative endeavors.
- Live in the moment, rather than an anxious future.
- Write something creative daily... even if it is "only" one sentence.
- Be more myself... (and my "best" self) DAILY.
