4. What possessed me to decide to upgrade change my computer OS system in DECEMBER? I've got newsletters to do, Christmas cards, addresses, etc. etc. and all the files are apparently not available directly. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAACK.
5. Dear Microsoft, Netscape et al: Please pray for me and HAVE MERCY.
6. My church said they were already "out" of seating cards for Christmas Eve.
7. I'm trying hard to be cheery.
