The tweedy Cascade felted beautifully in only one wash. Knitter's Stash recommended putting it in a lingerie bag, which I'd never done before. I felted another piece at the same time... so they had to abrade each other quite a bit. The "roof" is a little slanted, but I think it looks more primitive and am very happy with it. Perhaps I can get an outdoor natural light photo of it soon.... Because the motified moss stitch of the roof is very nice, if I do say so myself.
