Tagged by an IF poster!
1) How long to you spend on your weekly IF illustration?
It varies tremendously. Often I end up doing them very late at night... so sometimes it has to do with the amount of caffeine I've had. It is usually a couple of hours.
2) Do you draw from your mind or do you have a visual reference? When possible, I like to draw from a real object or situation, but those sometimes implode, and I'm left with only my mind.
3) Do you illustrate as a profession?
HA! no.
4)How did you find out about Illustration Friday?
I was surfing through some pages I had googled, looking for drawings and such. and saw the participation "tag."
5) Why have you started participating in Illustration Friday? Between IF and EDM and Artist's Way, I have discovered I'm just happier when I draw something every day. I like that people leave comments on my work (whether pro/con/or tangential.) I feel I've made some virtual friends, and learned a lot.

Thank you for sharing your answers! I will have to look up those other draw-alongs that you have listed...I like your learning attitude. There is something about expanding one's that really does bring a lot of happiness:) I also enjoyed your "Fortune Entry!"

I think the drawing habit makes everyone happier...there is something about removing yourself from your life and using a whole new "language" to put forth ideas, or just remember and think.
