I am relaxed and revived. Mostly. A cool front came through Texas so that it is almost as breezy and pleasant as Santa Barbara was. I've gotten to have lunch (twice!!) with a colleague who is also changing the direction of her career. We are brainstorming to the max.Why didn't I learn to work WITH people sooner? Well, that's a totally rhetorical question. I know why. Exactly. Just saying that if YOU possibly can, figure out how to find people who like to help YOU while you help them.
My favorite hockey team is down 0-3 in the Stanley Cup Quarter Finals. The odds do not look good.
Tomorrow is the day for me to concentrate and get tons of decisions made and work done. I'm pretty ready.
