Lucy Neatby!

A world famous knitting diva/instructor came to town from Nova Scotia and taught classes on intarsia, contented stitches, socks, grafting and more. She's the author of Cool Socks, Warm Feet.

She's the designer of this shawl, called "Radiance." Is is a smaller version of one called "Lotus."
The Bicycle Sweater is labeled "Advanced." Apparently she also has a category called "for maniacs."

She's playing with "holes." This scarf is called "Spindrift."

If you want to go to Knitting Camp with her in 2009, it will be a cruise to the Galapagos!

She used to be a Maritime sailor... had LOTS of free time to knit!

ok, i actually think the bike sweater is kind of cool, in a hideously ugly-chic kind of way. maybe in various shades of darker blue instead of rainbows...
