I finally finished my Grecian/landscape (but must sign it per DH's request), and will post it tomorrow or Friday. I have two underpaintings on the easel. Above is an abstraction I superimposed over one of them with Photoshop. I think I like it. Don't know if I can make it happen in paint, but that is the plight of the artist every day. Or anybody, if you're honest about it.
And I started another architectural landscape. I like the shapes! and I like exaggerating, yet harmonizing the colors. The new one is another palette knife rough/smooth contradiction.
The other underpainting is for the henbit landscape. See below for the underpainting and the reference photo.
Are YOU having fun? I may not be dancing as fast as I can... but I am painting as much as I can.
