Coffee, croissants and a connection .

DH and I avoided the after-church on Easter crowd by heading to the brand-new, state of the art Dunkin Donuts franchise in Big D. I prefer their menu, coffee and (so far) their service to any of the other coffee + food places. Granted it's less like a den than Starbucks, but it is much less expensive and their cranberry-orange muffins are yet to be duplicated elsewhere. DH didn't get why I was so happy to have the Dunkin brand local.
Until he realized that almost every time I've been I've been with DD or DS.
Yup, the caffeine doesn't mean any where near as much as the kiddos and shared memories.

Awww, that's so sweet!

I wish we had Dunkin' here. Whenever we go to the States, I beg to be taken there. It makes me think of Thanksgiving road trips and fun times in the car.
