Calvin Klein and Cardi Porn?
If Calvin Klein made anything in my size or style (which he doesn't,) I've long said I wouldn't buy it anyway because I think his advertising encourages sexualization of minors
So, I thought it was progress when I saw this Calvin Klein ad in last Sundays NYT with no models leering, exposed or underage.
Can you read the price? THAT's what makes it pornographic**.
For that much, you could send 129 Goats to families who need milk and lifestock . Who knows they might even send Angora goats and lower the price of sweaters like this.

My question is how is that sweater different than a "regular" nice, white, cable knit sweater that only costs $200? I mean, even that is expensive, but I can understand that price. Nice yarn is expensive, I get it. But $3500? I don't ever want to spend as much money on clothes as I could buy a car with.
3500 for a cable knit sweater? That's insane. Nothing can feel or look that good. Indeed, as you say, think of what that money could do - the warm feeling would be far better than any flipping sweater.
