EDM 153 - Draw something in a plastic wrapper


This is actually a basket with bananas and apples in a plastic bag. I used NuPastels and didn't have but a limited color pallette. I had a few not-nice words for KW and the plastic bag!


Someday I may bet past the first two or three exercises in the book on creativity and drawing, but here's a "noodle." The idea is to do a shape (triangles here) using lines of graduated/varying intensity. And then I embelished a bit with other colors wandering between the triangles.

Nice drawing for having a limited color palette! I like the exercise you did below it, too. Amazing how you can turn lines into art. Which book are you using for exercises?

the plastic wrap was a bit of a challenge wasn't it? i think that you did a great job and i love your "noodle".
