I have now fused the top and the bottom of the clever pocket in the Circumnavigated Cardigan. There are lonnnnnnnnng circular needles at the top and bottom of the work. I'm knitting UP to the sleeves and down through the garter stitch border. (No ribbing for me... I just don't need tight fit around the middle!)More photos and details here.
And here are some belated photographs of a felted rectangular "bowl" with a charming but unhelpful polar bear which doesn't help with scale. (the bear is about 4 inches from stem to stern... as is the bowl.)
And here's a "box" knit free form. I really like the I-cord closure and "button." I'm sure it will eventually hold something important.

My daughter got a promise of a puppy from her brother for Christmas. Every dog we saw merited an "awwwwww, isn't he cute." This one was clearly happy in his pick up truck. Maybe he's a Texan, too.
