DH told me night before last that the Clematis bloomed. The picture I might have taken would have looked like this.
Then I took this one in the morning. Blogger was having the hickups so I'm only just posting it now.
And the day lilies are going to town.
Most amazing was seeing Jackie Erickson-Schweitzer last night with her amazing traveling trunk of knit lace shawls in conventional and not-so-conventional colors. She was a lucid and cheerful presenter for the Dallas Hand Knitter's Guild. She even brought patterns and yarn skeins for sale. Must. Finish. Baby. Sweater. Then... LACE!!
