TINK TINK TINK TINK
I think I've done this before. decreased every round, rather than every other for sock toes. Rather than amputate DH's toes, I frogged about 1 1/2 inches of foot on DH's sock. Then I spent over an hour tinking... so that there were 24 stitches on each of 4 dpns. (I think I'm knitting on size 1's. good grief they are small. I could use a brighter light. And a magnifier. Then it was count count count to make sure the right number of stitches were on each dpn. 2 4 6 8 10 12 14 16 18 20 24. Repeat. Repeat again. Oops, 23.

We'll see how the #2 sock comes along!
